Is this only for jiu-jitsu?
No. Motus started in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and it is for anyone who trains: MMA, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, lifting, functional fitness. The store is laid out around one training cycle: before, during, after and every day. That cycle is the same in any sport.
What should I take on a training day?
Neuro+ before you train, a BCAA drink during, and whey after. The Training Day Stack puts all three in one order.
What should I take every day?
A multivitamin, a probiotic and greens, on training days and rest days alike. The Daily Foundation Stack covers those three. The every-day products also include Joint Flex, Sleep Formula and B-12 Drops.
How fast does it ship?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. The cut-off is 2 pm Eastern on a weekday. USPS takes 3 to 7 days in transit, UPS 3 to 5, and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where are these made?
In the USA, in a GMP certified, FDA registered facility. Every product is third party lab tested for purity and potency. Every bottle has a lot number and an expiration date on the bottom.
